Our Story
Synoptic Coffee was born out of a Christian heart and love for specialty coffee. Fusing our love of coffee with our faith, we took inspiration from the gospels and Triune nature of God. Synoptic means “of or forming a general summary or synopsis.” and the Holy Trinity symbolizes God's Triune nature, which inspired our logo. We put the two together and opted to offer three types of coffee. These being our Single Origin, Blend and Flavored options. You might be thinking, what about John’s gospel? We didn’t forget, and with his not being considered synoptic, we added an accessories section for all your coffee needs.
Commitment To Quality
To bring you the best coffee available, we search diligently for rare beans containing unique flavor profiles from around the world. All our beans are specialty-grade, which means the coffee beans have 0 primary defects (such as black beans or sour beans) and less than five secondary defects (such as broken beans). The reason why this is so important is because primary defects will greatly affect the taste of the coffee, and having 0 defects allows the coffee to be at its optimal flavor. In order to bring the freshest possible coffee directly to your door, our entire selection is roast to order. Roasted every day, just prior to shipping.

Our Mission
