Synoptic Coffee was born out of a Christian heart and love for specialty coffee. Fusing our love of coffee with our faith, we took inspiration from the Gospels and triune nature of God. Synoptic means “of or forming a general summary or synopsis.” and the Holy Trinity symbolizes God's triune nature, which inspired our logo.
We put the two together and opted to offer three types of coffee. These being our Single Origin, Blend and Flavored options. You might be thinking, what about John’s Gospel? We didn’t forget, and with his not being considered synoptic, we also offer artisan teas to satisfy our non-java drinking brethren.
This aroma just makes me smile. Let’s not forget it’s flavor!
This Honduras coffee is simply wonderful. None of the flavors jump out at first, but the brown sugar and the spices subtly push their way through on the back of the tongue after each sip. The caramel flavor becomes more pronounced as the coffee cools. If you are looking for a great every day drinking coffee you can't go wrong with this one.
I had a viewer of mine that won the Synoptic gift card during one of my 24-hour charity streams (bgilbert85). This user lives in Brazil and I was willing to pay to ship the coffee to them. However, they wanted to give it to me. The beans are sourced from two regions, one is his (which he says has the best beans) and the other location he says has "the 2nd best beans." No matter how you swing it, based on the information from a local Brazilian, Synoptic gets their Brazil beans from the best two locations in Brazil. With that said, the flavor is fantastic. It's smooth and refreshing! Thanks, a "Brazillion," Willpog (He streams too. Go check him out!) I'd absolutely recommend this flavor for anyone looking for a smooth flavor that doesn't seem overly acidic.
Enjoy it came in a timely fashion
Up front: I am not a fan of blonde coffee. I fall solidly in the medium camp when it comes to my coffee beans. I was genuinely curious about how the Blonde Roast would turn out. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed it. The brightness of the coffee is on full display as you drink it. There are subtle chocolate and caramel notes that show up in the aftertaste giving the coffee a clean finish. The chocolate aftertaste becomes more pronounced as the coffee cools. I would without hesitation buy this coffee again.
the candy cane flavor exceeded my expectations! it was like a taste of Christmas before the holiday season rolled around. I loved the strong, pepperminty taste. definitely one I'd order again and again!
I loved this flavor. First time drinking coffee and I thoroughly enjoyed it
I had no idea what to expect from the Apple Cider Rooibos Tea. As soon as I opened the package, I was met with this incredible smell from the mix of spices. As I brewed and steeped the cup, the smell continued to permeate the kitchen and I swear fall officially entered my house. AS I took the first sip, I will admit to being slightly disappointed. Apple cider is sweet, and this tea is not. So, I added just a little bit of sugar to the tea, and it turned out perfect. If you don't want to add sugar to the tea, I highly recommend pairing this tea with a sweet dessert to get it is full effect.
Wanted to add photos to the review as I didn't before drinking it. I normally drink just black coffee but my son got me something special and I am glad he did. I like different coffee on occasion and I must say this is good and it has no aftertaste like others I have tried in the past and which cost more. Do yourself or someone else a favor like was done for me and get some! You won't regret it! I am having another cup and it is so good, glad my son got me this as a gift! I recommend you get some for yourself , treat yourself.

sorry canot review yet as I will not try it until next week. Had use up the coffee that was open. Looking forward to trying it I have heard very good things about it
The whiskey barrel aged coffee is so good! The medium roast is smooth and easy to drink. The whiskey notes are not overpowering, but very subtle, especially as an aftertaste. This coffee is a wonderful after dinner sipping coffee that is paired with a pastry-style dessert.
I love all things peach. Actual peaches (of course), peach candy, peach soda, Princess Peach..... so I knew that I would love this tea. Sure enough, it does NOT disappoint. The moment you open it, the smell of peaches fills your nose with it's delightfully sweet aroma. I would best describe the smell as a combo of peaches and tobacco. The taste is equally enticing, with a couple table spoons of honey, the tea is rich and soothing. Great as a nightcap, for a sore throat, or just as an afternoon treat. You certainly get your money's worth.
I don't think I can compare this with other blends. This one is a bit stronger to me so I'm sure to add cream to it. I enjoy it once in a while when I need a wake me up
Rich. I made a cup for my aunt... and now I have one less pack of coffee lol to say, she loved the scripture label and obsessed with the fresh smell
